About Kalas
Where is Kalas from?
Kalas is a family-owned cycling apparel manufacturer based in Tábor, Czech Republic, with over 30 years of heritage in the sport. We now have a dedicated team here in North America to serve you locally.
What makes Kalas different from other cycling brands?
Kalas is a proprietary manufacturer — meaning we design and make everything in-house. No middlemen, no outsourced production. That means tighter quality control and better value for you.
What's the difference between the Kalas regions and online sites?
We have established regional presence to better serve our customers and teams, as such we have localized our sites to the location they are in. Kalas North America focuses predominately on Canada and the US. We carry predominately the same products, however if you have any requests, do let us know!
Sizing & Fit
How does Kalas sizing run?
Kalas sizing can differ from other cycling brands. We recommend using our size guide and, if possible, referencing a brand you already wear for comparison. Our team is happy to help you find the right fit.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry XS through 4XL across most styles, because great kit should fit every rider. We use a numeric system where 1 is an XS, 2 is a S, 3 is a M, etc.

Where can I buy Kalas in North America?
You can shop online at www.kalasnorthamerica.cc or visit us in person at Cycolo in North Vancouver — our first official North American retailer at this time.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, returns can be accepted within 14 days and exchanges within 30. Please get in touch with us at team@kalasnorthamerica.cc to start a return or exchange. We would love to work with you to get the right fit so you can get out riding!
Custom & Team Kits
Do you still do custom and team kits?
Absolutely — custom kit is at the heart of what we do. Reach out to us at team@kalasnorthamerica.cc to get started. Our team can't wait to hear from you.
How long does a custom kit order take?
On average, it will take 5 - 7 weeks. This is heavily dependent on how far along the design process your team is with kit design and speed for all team members to submit their desired orders. Manufacturing run time can be as quick as 2 weeks!
Pro Team / Team Replicas
Which pro teams does Kalas sponsor?
Kalas supplies race kit for UCI WorldTour team Alpecin–Premier Tech, one of the top teams on the international racing circuit. Kalas is also the official performance apparel partner of the Royal Dutch Cycling Federation (KNWU).
Are the Team Replicas genuine?
All products purchased through Kalas North America or Kalas Sportswear's European site are authentic and genuine. Alongside retailers listed on our website. We can not guarantee the authenticity of Team Replica kits that are purchased elsewhere.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
Do you offer buy now, pay later?
Yes, via Shop Pay, you can use BNPL.
Discounts & Promotions
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount field. Only one code can be applied per order. All specifics related to the discount code will be shared alongside the code announcement.
Do you offer a student or club discount?

I missed a sale — can you honour the price?
We're unable to retroactively apply discounts, but signing up to our newsletter is the best way to catch future promotions first!
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.
How is my personal data used?
We take your privacy seriously. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Product
How do I care for my Kalas kit?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying — hang to dry to keep the fabric performing at its best. Always try to wash like fabrics together, such as all spandex together, and if possible with their like colours (whites with whites!)
Are Kalas products sustainable?
Kalas is committed to ethical manufacturing and local production in the Czech Republic.
